The minimum telemarketing contract for appointment setting is a two-week contract. One seat will cost $290 a week or $580 for the minimum 2-week contract. A one month contract will cost $1,160 (4 weeks).
2. What is the minimum telesales contract?
The minimum telesales contract we have is a two-week contract. One seat will cost $320 a week or $640 for the minimum 2-week contract . A one month contract will cost $1,280 (4 weeks).
3. How many calls does a telemarketer make per day?
Depending on the type of contract, a telemarketer is expected to make 90-120 calls a day. We do not use predictive dialer machine which could irritate potential customers. For emails, this can be negotiated with the client.
4. Do we get a daily report on the telemarketer's activities?
Yes. We will email you in Excel format a daily report of all people called with a description whether the person is interested in your product or service, availability for appointment, how many calls were directed to voice mail, and how many were not interested. We will also list if the sales leads provided is 'not in service', phone is busy, etc. We usually make 3 to 4 attempts to contact a busy number.
5. How do I pay for your services?
Rentatelemarketer bills you weekly and payment is via credit card, PayPal or wire transfer.
6. Is there a volume discount?
Yes. a 3-month contract gets a 5% discount and a 6-month contract gets a 10% discount.
7. What if we do not have sales leads?
In such case, please go to www.infousa.com or www.salesleads.tv. Both websites can provide you with lists of target customers which may be segmented by age, earnings, geographical location, ethnicity, etc.
8. What if we don't have a script?
Rentatelemarketer will assist you to develop a script suited to your requirements at a minimal FEE of $50.00.
9. What about calls to telephone subscribers who are listed in the Federal Government's "do not call" list?
Rentatelemarketer is subscribed to the call compliance service of a major telecommunications company such that people who have registered their phone number in the federal "do not call" list will not be called.
Upon a client's authorization, we can call their former customers who have bought or inquired about their products during the last 18 months ("Do not call" FTC guidelines), even though their telephone numbers are listed in the "Do not Call" List.
10. Do we issue a purchase order or do you have a telemarketing service contract?
We have a regular telemarketing service contract, the basis of which are the information you will submit in the free price quote. Our telemarketing managers will review the information and contact you for more details on your requirements for leads, script, manpower and expectations. Then we will email you a telemarketing service contract for your review and approval.
11. How are you able to charge this low price for a telemarketing service?
