Rentatelemarketer.net (Rentatel) is a business process outsourcing company that has been in the business since 2004. Initially a call center offering inbound and outbound customer support for New York Teleconference, Inc. (NYTelecon), a facilities-based, FCC 214 licensed long distance service provider in New York City, USA. In 2007, we expanded our business to include content editing, graphic editing, medical coding, medical billing and data entry in the services we offer. Our mission is to enable our customers to outperform competitors with our commitment to service excellence. In the process, we create value and opportunities for our customers, employees, shareholders and communities.
Through the years, Rentatel has developed standards and metrics in monitoring the output of all our employees. Our software engineers programmed a customized customer relationship management (CRM) software that allows us to monitor their daily output per day, month and year allowing us to properly compensate and motivate our agents. We are able to customize the CRM software based on each client’s needs.
We have specialized in the events marketing campaign wherein we call visitors of certain exhibitors in the shows in Hong Kong, China, Singapore, Malaysia and Dubai reminding them to visit these exhibitors located in certain booth numbers. We also do inbound customer support for a telephone company in the U.S. and an I.T. company in Singapore. We provide outbound telemarketing services for home improvement, mortgage companies, and insurance and credit card companies in the U.S. We have expanded our reach by servicing various campaigns in Singapore, Hong Kong, Malaysia and Australia. We have continued to grow with our clients expanding our services to data entry, content and graphic editing for online platforms as well medical coding and medical billing for our insurance clients. From a modest size and mix, our client base has grown considerably through the years, attaining its present level in a relatively short time.
Our membership in the Business Process Outsourcing Association of the Philippines (BPAP) has allowed us to benchmark and make our performance at par with the other players in the industry.
